Had annual service and also replaced tires. Unfortunately, I feel everything could be wrong went wrong. A few examples: * Stopped providing loaner car for short services. * Appointment reservation told me it was 1-2 hour quick service, but actually it was a big one and took 1+ day. * Could not get direct phone number from my service provider, although I asked him twice. * Charged me for loaner car by mistake * Did not properly pumped air after tire replacement. * Did not give me alignment result, while actually it had issues * … Not recommending this dealership to anyone! Besides, I gave a negative review on google map, then received a response immediately inviting me to call a number. Again, everything could go wrong went wrong: * It was the regular number without any selection for complaints * I talked to a sales person and he tried to connect me to service manager. I was told that the manager should call me soon. Never happened! More

I am very disappointed. I had to wait almost an hour for a loaner, then the loaner was a Ford EcoScoot - which is one of the smallest cars they make. I am 6'4" and didn't fit.... I excepted this as I work a loaner, then the loaner was a Ford EcoScoot - which is one of the smallest cars they make. I am 6'4" and didn't fit.... I excepted this as I work only a few miles away. Then they told me my small maintenance was going to be completed that day - I brought the GLE in at 9 AM. So now I had to drive this terrible loaner to my home 1.25 hours away! Now the repair isn't of the quality I expect either. More
The service here was excellent! They did exactly what I asked for and didn’t try to upsell a bunch of services. But they did send way to many reminders of the appointment. Overpriced. Had my car towed to the nearest dealership which was Mercedes of Bellevue due to an ignition issue. They quoted steering lock control module cost of $2,334.31. The price was a bit of a sticker shock so I called another local dealership with different ownership, Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. They quoted the same repair at $1,436.85, I could not believe that Mercedes of Bellevue was charging 62% higher than another local dealer. To Mercedes Benz of Bellevue's credit, they matched Mercedes of Lynnwood's price, but only after I provided the quote as proof. If I could have started the car, I would have just taken it to Lynnwood. At the end of the day, their service prices are too high based on my experience. More
