With the pandemic throwing a wrench at everything (tough not having a loaner when I arrange for one because of the low loaner a availability, or lack there of). Romeo made up for it by providing first class customer service shutting my husband and I to enterprise rental. Not an ideal situation Romeo miraculously took care of us. This is not the first time he has been wonderful, he and Jerome always go out of their way to provide the best of the best and customer service. This means a lot to have such a wonderful staff.
