Was in Possestion of my Car for 23 Days and keeping me informed was very, very poor. The service department was very professional and ensured that I always felt like there was nothing to worry about while my car was in for recalls. They gave me a decent loaner to use hassle-free while my ve that I always felt like there was nothing to worry about while my car was in for recalls. The only negative thing I can say about them is that there is a very clear difference between the service reps you are assigned and the people you get when you call service. When I called in to ask about the recalls I had been hearing about online, I was informed that there were no recalls for my car at the time. I decided to bring my car in anyway for some other small problems and was assigned a service rep. The assigned rep quickly informed me I had 4 open recalls on my car when I arrived. That is a pretty big disconnect in my book, and to be honest very annoying and alarming considering how serious the recalls were to my safety if the parts under recall had failed in my vehicle. I feel like I can't trust calling in and asking questions and will have to drive 40 minutes to the dealer if I want to ask questions. Luckily for me, my service rep was amazing and I can now get all the information and schedule through him to mitigate the problem. More

Well , I noticed that my MB was pulling to the right . So, I contacted , Chadd Dobbs my service advisor at Mb of Bellevue and told him of the problem . He said , bring it in right away for the SAFETY FA So, I contacted , Chadd Dobbs my service advisor at Mb of Bellevue and told him of the problem . He said , bring it in right away for the SAFETY FACTOR ! He had my ML 350 , aligned and checked out for the SAFETY FACTOR of driving . They did the service in " RECORD " time and had me back on the road in " NO TIME at ALL " I " HIGHLY RECOMEND " , Mercedes Benz of Bellevue , for any and all services needed on your Vehicle .
