Service group at dealership is first rate. Our service advisor, Wayne Thiessen, is always helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to giving us top notch service. We originally were working with another Mercedes dealership in the Portland area (where we leased our vehicle) to help us with our air conditioning system, which has been failing about every 4-6 months due to repeated leaks in the system lines. This problem has continued since we moved to the Seattle area. Wayne has made every effort to resolve this situation -- he has isolated the problem, and repaired it, and we are hopeful that the A/C system failures are now fully behind us. In any event, we are extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness that we have received at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. More

I have been a customer of Barrier Motors and Autonation Mercedes for many years. Have owned 5 Mercedes and many Volvos/Saabs. What a relief to talk to someone who cares so much...in these troubled times.. Two predecessors, Ed Brown, and Chad Dobbs, were also superior techs and communicators at this dealership. One thing I liked better about Barrier was they had a truck that would come and pick the car up to take it to the shop if it wouldn't run. I dropped my car off for my first A service, the service was top tier from the get go, scratch that, better. They treated me like family from the begging to the end. This is the definition and example of what dealerships should strive towards, excellency. It was a peerless experience. If you want to have an experience unlike anything come to Bellevue.
