When using a service department at a dealership, I expect expert service at a higher price. I was surprised to see how affordable the service was and the willingness for Matt to provide the service that was expert service at a higher price. Great Service although extremely slow. I highly recommend the shop management to intentionally allocate capacity for emergency repair service (car under warranty was not operable due to fa I highly recommend the shop management to intentionally allocate capacity for emergency repair service (car under warranty was not operable due to faulty part), especially for warranty repairs of its own Mercedes vehicles. I would rate this shop 5-star if it didn't took them so long (17 days to schedule an appointment + 8 days to repair) to get to a simple warranty repair that requires just a replacement of a faulty parking break motor. My 1.5 years new C300 reported a parking break malfunction on 12/8 and becomes non-operable (break does not disengage). I called the shop on 12/9 and the absolute earliest they can schedule me in for warranty repair is 12/26 (it is close to Christmas, but 17 days is still a very long wait considering my car is not operable). The shop is also not able to provide a courtesy car in the mean time, so I don't have any car in the meantime. I called Mercedes Roadside Assistance to book a tow truck. As the car is not operable and is parked inside my garage, I've specifically requested a wrecker with dolly. However, Mercedes Roadside Assistance sent a flat bed truck on 12/26 which can't tow my car, and again a different flat bed truck on 12/27 even after I called and explained. Finally on my third attempt to request appropriate tow track a wrecker showed up and towed my car to shop on 12/29. If I had to rate Mercedes Roadside Assistance service, it would be 0.5 star (with the 0.5 star attributed to the last agent who cares to make sure correct tow truck is sent). Service at the shop is great (5 star), just too slow (reason for the 3 star rating). I did receive a courtesy car (a rental because they don't have any spare Mercedes courtesy available). The shop was able to finally inspect my car on 1/2 (4 days after arrival) and determined that the left parking break motor is faulty and needs to be replaced, ordered replacement part, and finally completed the warranty repair on 1/6 (8 days after arrival). I had the first service done for my car (10K miles), so the work really wasn't that much. However, they were very professional, and prompt. Since I purchased the car, the Mercedes-me connect app wasn't working for me. One of the employees at the service desk also helped me out with the app, and it is working fine now. The waiting area is also well stocked with snacks, water and coffee, so you are taken care of as you wait there. Overall a very smooth and pleasant experience. More
