Initially, there was some miscommunication regarding the cost and scope of a 50K servicing, after I had picked up my car. I came to the feeling that I was being overcharged for services that were perhaps mo cost and scope of a 50K servicing, after I had picked up my car. I came to the feeling that I was being overcharged for services that were perhaps more optional considering the age and condition of my car. I raised my concerns in this space, disappointed in the lack of clarity and follow-up. I found out a lot about these people and the company they work for when they went above and beyond in a) explaining the scope of the services rendered, and b) making me more comfortable in terms of money spent. Nobody, and no company, is perfect, but these guys ended up making things right. Thanks Jacob and Eric! More
