I’ve patronized this service dept since 2009 with good results. Could not use my discount coupon of $100 on my last service because I did not present it at the time of estimate. Dave, Matt, Tony, and Barry took really good care of me for my new car purchase. Always had a great experience at that dealership until…. I took my 2007 CL600 in for small not noticeable radiator leak and said it was repaired and charged me for removing front end of car for repair. Not I took my 2007 CL600 in for small not noticeable radiator leak and said it was repaired and charged me for removing front end of car for repair. Not a problem but when I returned home had a huge leak and noticed only hose was replaced and easy access by removing only grill. I could have done that. Now need a new radiator which should have been done then so price to remove front end again is costly and I already paid to have that done and it was never removed. So I am a bit sore about that whole thing because I had to store vehicle for winter knowing this has to be taken care of before I can put it on the road safely. More
