The service was lukewarm for a luxury dealership I was very underwhelmed by my experience getting a B service at this location. For a service that generates revenue for the dealership, the reception I was very underwhelmed by my experience getting a B service at this location. For a service that generates revenue for the dealership, the reception was lukewarm at best and my requests and concerns were addressed with a cursory 2 lines on my invoice. I was told 4 hours when I dropped my car off for the first appointment at 7, did not receive a call until 45 minutes prior to close that the car was ready without any explanation. I had an issue with my keys and did not receive a call that they diagnosed the issue - the answer I got when I picked up the car was a simple “we could not replicate the problem” !!! I was interested in getting a tow hitch and roof cross bars installed, did not receive a call to discuss options - but a 2 line quote was included in my invoice for a ridiculous 5k for the hitch and $500 for the cross bars. Did not seem like they were interested in my business. Will not use this dealership again. More

Very bad impression There are no service at all. The manager didn’t smile and didn’t wash my car as well just gave me a one time auto cash wash. Also they only took less There are no service at all. The manager’s name is Jeff Beteler.Didnt say anything to me kind like a racist to Asian. Worst service experience ever. I won’t do maintence in Bearverton anymore and won’t recommend my friends come here as well. More

Was disappointed and THEN it shows on my receipt that I received a ‘complimentary hand wash and vacuum’ at a $19.95 value. I made my appointment with the dealer app theee days prior to the appointment, received confirmation and then when I arrived, nobody could find any record of my appointment. Dylan in Service handled it, so that was just a small frustration. Overall, I’ve not been very pleased with the service I’ve received from this ‘luxury’ dealership. More

Like Family-- Hello --I had an unexpected issue with my electric window.The malfunction created an escape route for my Dog "Walter". Needing to finish my errands I drove directly to MB OF Beaverton. Within minutes I was on my way with a loaner and able to continue my day. Chris in service was SUPER as was Jordon who I met on my return. Your employees Shine ! More
