Great people My 2012 S550 sprung its front clip on a parking lot curb on the Friday afternoon on Labor Day weekend. I stopped by the dealership at 3:00pm for help My 2012 S550 sprung its front clip on a parking lot curb on the Friday afternoon on Labor Day weekend. I stopped by the dealership at 3:00pm for help. They tried a quick fix but that didn’t work but said to come back Sat. morning and they would try again. They did in an hour for $150. If I had gone to a body shop, I would have had to pay much more and waited weeks to fit their schedule. I have purchased two cars from them since they opened, one new E250 and one CPO S550. Not the first time they earned my loyalty. More

Check Parking assst The active parking assist does not work all of the time. I brought it in for a diagnosis and unfortunately the tests showed nothing was wrong. It fa The active parking assist does not work all of the time. I brought it in for a diagnosis and unfortunately the tests showed nothing was wrong. It fails to spot a parking spot about 1/2 the time. So, I guess it is a flaw in the software from Mercedes but the Beaverton service dept did a good job and were very courteous. More
