Met but did not exceed expectations. Service was done well and they honored coupon from another dealer but did not add the fine details that other Mercedes dealerships do. They did not wash vehicle after B service (they had car all day) and the Loaner car provided was almost completely out of gas. Just not what I expected from a Mercedes dealership. More

Customer Service is terrible I was pleased that Mercedes provided me a loaner car, but the experience of getting it and returning it were less than pleasant. The Service rep took I was pleased that Mercedes provided me a loaner car, but the experience of getting it and returning it were less than pleasant. The Service rep took my credit card, drivers license, and insurance, and kept them for over 20 mins. Finally, I was uncomfortable having these out of my possession for this long, and I was able to "stand over" the person completing the transaction to get my identification back, and the rental car. The service I needed was performed, and 30 mins before they closed. on a Friday, I was told that there was an additional part needed, and "if I didn't hear from them in 30 mins, keep the rental". Assuming I would have been in/out in one day, this was inconvenient, as I had left personal belongings in the car that I needed. I kept the rental car over the weekend and into the next week, as I live out of town, and was not planning to come back into town until the following Saturday. When my plans changed, and I came into town on Tuesday, I called 3 hours in advance and left a message, asking to have my car ready by 1 pm, and asked for a call back to confirm they got this. No return call -- my subsequent calls went to vmail. When I tried to get a call to the receptionist, it went to a Sales person, who basically was irritated that I had called them and stated "Do you really want me to take a message to another team for this? Just leave it on his voice mail!" Again, terrible customer service. The car is serviced, and I'm done. I just hope that management works with these teams to provide some training, or bring new customer service oriented team members into the organization. I bring my car here because of the convenience, not the customer service. Let's work on this, ok? More

Solid Customer Care. Totally satisfied customer! Jeff knew it would take several days and loaned me a car. I do not view this as a problem because they were following procedures. More importantly I was treated with care and I felt my best interest was upfront. More
