Excellent executrion, poor facility Chris and was totaly awesome. Communication was excellent and checkout was superfast. Took a little while to get the loaner... this was ok as it gave some time to get coffee and coffee only. For a very nice facility they are lacking items that enhance the user experience. No snacks, fruit etc... we also own a lexus and their service area is always fully stocked. I have also written about this same topic a few years ago... do you guy even read these? Service I was there on time and was helped immediately. Chris Walters had my file ready and went over with me the service my car needed.
