Could not be better!!! My wife and I were on a trip from Seattle to visit relatives in Clackamas. My older S-500 suddenly died in a mall there mid day Saturday. Called the three local MB dealers, Tualatin could not see car for one week. Portland said leave a number and did not call back for 3 hours. A very nice male in your service department answered promptly and said have AAA bring car there which we did on a flatbed. Once there asked for the service rep who had answered the phone. He was very nice and introduced me to Jeff. I am a 79 year old male undergoing chemo for a blood cancer and also suffering from a bad cold and 150 miles from home. I felt like crap!. Jeff could not have been kinder and I think could see my stress. Since it was now late Saturday afternoon he said they could not look at the car until Monday which I fully understood. This is my 5th Mercedes, all bought from and serviced by MB of Seattle, originally Phil Smart. Jeff set me up with a loaner car so I could return to visiting relatives. On Monday he called and explained the problem and that they had the parts and a solution and the car could be ready at noon. At 10:30 he called and said the car was repaired and ready to go. I could not be happier with everyone I met at your dealership and especially the personal and professional courtesy provided by Jeff. He is outstanding and hopefully management recognizes this. I came to this facility due to one employee and notice a dearth of veteran personnel. Sometimes the service is extraordinary yet usually it is mediocre in substance from the service advisory staff or the personnel handling car arrival and delivery. The Mercedes experience needs improvement. The parts department continues to impress me as it seems to practice the mantra of 'do the right thing.' More
