When they require additional time, they provide a loaner car that is comfortable and close to what I drive. I’m not driving a different brand, confused by the minor changes between manufacturers, it’s all high quality. for the shorter turn times, like during an oil change, their shop is comfy, filled with sweets for your mouth and eyes.
