I needed the so-called "B" Service at MB of Beaverton and Mr. Chris B. had me all set so quickly to get out of there with a beautiful loaner car (than I needed the so-called "B" Service at MB of Beaverton and Mr. Chris B. had me all set so quickly to get out of there with a beautiful loaner car (thanks for it being an SUV which I also drive, as the C-class cars tend to be a bit small for my size)...he is a Rock-Star for us, always giving great advice and suggestions and the shop cleaned out my interior and sent me on my way with the Kaddy Car Wash card...appreciate it all!! Great place but disappointed The dealership was great as was the service advisor Spencer, but what disappointed me was that after my service my I noticed the car was making a knoc The dealership was great as was the service advisor Spencer, but what disappointed me was that after my service my I noticed the car was making a knocking noise coming from the left rear and come to find out that the rear lug nuts were not tightened and I lost two lug nuts in a week. When I went to tighten them I found that one had been started but was still very loose. I have been happy with previous services but this may be my last time taking my car to Beaverton Mercedes.
