Great free service! I brought the car in with squeaky brakes. I was given a nice loaner and the parts were ordered from Germany. It took about ten days to get them and I brought the car in with squeaky brakes. I was given a nice loaner and the parts were ordered from Germany. It took about ten days to get them and fix the car but there was no charge at all for the service or the rental. Thank you, Mercedes Benz!!! More

out of warrantee work. I bought a used C350 from this dealer 12 months ago. About 6 months in a section of paint on the front bumper peeled away after a repaibny by the pre I bought a used C350 from this dealer 12 months ago. About 6 months in a section of paint on the front bumper peeled away after a repaibny by the previous owner to to cover normal road rash over the cars first 30K miles. Despite being out of warrantee and not the dealership responsible for the repair prior to my purchase this dealer stepped to the plate and repainted stripped and repainted the entire fromt bumper at $0 cost. Jeff Beltzer worked for several months as an advocate for me with MB North America and his dealer management team o resolve this. Because of the non-warrantee situation it was not a clean cut issue of MB responsibility. However I am impressed with Jeff's tenacity to resolve this in a manner that was not only economically in my best interests but also showed their commitment to their customer base. I have been a customer of MB products since 11982 and for good reason. The ownership experience is more than the fun you gain driving the car. It's also about the service you receive and my experience with this car just reinforces my commitment to these MB products and service. Thanks Jeff! More
