Very accommodating when I needed it. I was heading out for work one morning and my GL450 wouldn't start. I suspected a dead battery. I got a jump start and called my regular MB hoping they could fit me in last minute. They were not accommodating. I called Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton and they were able to fit me in right away. Only took an hour to check to make sure it was the battery. They swapped it out for a new one and honored a 10% coupon. It's never fun to have to pay for unexpected car issue but Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton helped me get back on the road and I'm appreciative. Next time I have an issue, I'll be giving Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton another try. More

Wrong Date Right Dealership I mistakenly thought my service date was a day earlier than it actually was so I showed up at the scheduled time, was checked in and met with Dylan, m I mistakenly thought my service date was a day earlier than it actually was so I showed up at the scheduled time, was checked in and met with Dylan, my service representative, when Dylan was looking for my appointment he noticed it was scheduled for the next day but told me know problem they could still get me right in. I waited in the customer lobby while my annual service was prepared and had just enough time for a cup of coffee before my car was ready and available. It was wonderful that they were able to accommodate me and my bad memory so seamlessly. I've always had great experiences at MBB and highly recommend this dealership and their service department. More
