Chris also called me and made me aware of a couple other maintenance issues, which I authorized him to address. Chris kept me apprised on the progress of both the service and repairs and delivered the car within the time promised. I do not remember the name of the person who issued us a loaner car, but he performed flawlessly. More

I have considered Chris a friend for years now and trust him implicitly. Chris and the Mercedes Benz team have actually 'gone to battle' for me and won, on more than one occasion! No way will I ever use another Service Representative or dealership, period! They have it right, all the way around at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton! So much respect and appreciation for that team. Also, the tall young man who got my loaner lines up for me, coolest and most professional young man I have encountered in quite some time. This not only speaks volumes as to the ethical practices and guidelines of this institution but to the hierarchal structure and principles in which this dealership operates within/under. The one thing I would correct or suggest, is that the car was not washed prior to it being released to me. I will add that both Lexus and Nissan provide a complimentary car wash after servicing. More
Honesty is best policy. I was recommended to replace front brakes and went for 2nd opinion. I was told it is not necessary because they are 10mm and 8 mm.
