The sales experience at this dealership was not professional, the sales associate Deborah was not honest about features of this GLE-350. The sales manager Oliver Lacey was rude and he rushed me. I requested to speak to the supervisor of the entire dealership and didn’t get a call back for several months. We live 2.5hrs away from this dealership and I explained that to them several times when we came in both times. I’m very disappointed and will not be back to purchase another vehicle from them. More
