Excellent Service Recently I took my car in for service at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Baton Rouge, LA. Mrs. Andrea Bridwell was the service advisor. As always An Recently I took my car in for service at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Baton Rouge, LA. Mrs. Andrea Bridwell was the service advisor. As always Andrea provided excellent customer service. I needed to have Service A, front and rear brakes and some other miscellaneous repairs. She set up a loaner vehicle for me to use while my car was being serviced. While they were checking the vehicle an additional problem was found with the turbo seal. She notified me of the details and I gave permission to go on to repair that also. The service was completed in a very timely manner. When I went to pick up my car Andrea reviewed with me all of the service details and also gave me an estimate on other minor repairs that I will get at a later time. Andrea has a warm beautiful personality. She is always very pleasant and professional. I'm glad she is my service advisor. More

Good Sales, Awful Mechanics, Understaffed Service Department I've serviced two sprinters for a few years and have bought one used sprinter from them. Their service department experience was not up to the cali I've serviced two sprinters for a few years and have bought one used sprinter from them. Their service department experience was not up to the caliber that I would expect from a commercial service center, or a luxury dealership, or even my local mechanic down the road. They are nice and are doing the best they can, but they do not meet the needs of our company, as a commercial vehicle owner. I would not recommend your service department to anyone at this time. Their mechanics have not fixed problems and we often have to have repeat visits, their service department struggles to keep up with customer volume and is not able to answer phones or return phone calls in a timely manner. Their sales department makes guarantees that their service department will fix an issue for a used vehicle as a condition of purchase, but the service department cannot deliver. You may want a Sprinter, but go buy a Ford Transit Commercial instead. More

Quality Service With A Smile! My Mercedes Benz was due for service A (oil change and inspection). From the moment I called to schedule until the time my vehicle was completed, the My Mercedes Benz was due for service A (oil change and inspection). From the moment I called to schedule until the time my vehicle was completed, the service at this dealership was impeccable. The scheduler was cordial and worked with me to get an appt available with my schedule. I arrived at the dealership/service center area and was greeted promptly by a smiling face. I was escorted into my service advisor's office and we discussed the work needed on my car......Marjorie was exceptional and answered all of my questions and helped me understand everything. My car was serviced promptly. The mechanic (Daniel) that worked on my vehicle made sure everything was to perfection. I can honestly say that I am truly blessed to have found this dealership and service center. Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge will be the only place that I do business with because of the quality of employees, quality of workmanship/service, and because they make me feel at ease about all of my Mercedes needs. Exceptional place and would recccomend to everyone! More
