Awesome Service I would like to state that having my vehicle serviced for any reason is something that I am usually not too happy with because I know that I will usua I would like to state that having my vehicle serviced for any reason is something that I am usually not too happy with because I know that I will usually have to spend some money.(of course no one likes to do that-smile).But I must say that my experience today (Tuesday, February 13,2018) was excellent from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The Quality Of The Customer Service at Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge Was unbelievably satisfying. I felt like part of a family. Mr. Josh Marchan, My Service Advisor was knowledgeable concerning any and all questions and concerns that I had. I can not thank him enough. He relieved the worries that I had concerning my vehicle. Thank you Mr. Josh Marchan. Another wonderful encounter that I had was with Mr.Larry Mitchell. He was extremely pleasant and again he made me feel like family. Terrible treatment today I have been in this dealership several times and my visit has always been wonderful with Josh Marchan. Today's visit my service rep was with Suzanne S I have been in this dealership several times and my visit has always been wonderful with Josh Marchan. Today's visit my service rep was with Suzanne Sellers and I received horrible service just terrible I was waiting in the waiting area just to get half of my work done, Savannah act like she needs more training or she just treat certain people like she doesn't know what she was doing and in the result of her screw-up she made excuses about I wouldn't have had time to get all the work done anyway. She was charging me for this and charging me for that for things that I normally don't get charged for and when I told her that I usually work with Josh maybe she can go talk with him and try to fix the problem she ignored me and waited on another co-worker to get off the phone with somebody else and then ask him. And when he pointed out to her her screw up then they both proceeded to tell me that I could come back another day and get the rest of my work done, just like that no big deal to her (Suzanne Sellers) More

Great Customer Sevices from admin. Personal but that’s it. As I said the service from the admin staff was out of this world. But a little concerned about the guys that actually do the work or drive the cars at As I said the service from the admin staff was out of this world. But a little concerned about the guys that actually do the work or drive the cars at least. I explained to our service coordinator that the last time our previous MB was in the shop I received a camera ticket in the mail for failing to stop at a red light on Coursey Blvd. dated for a day our suv was at the dealership. He asked me if I wanted to bring a copy of my receipt in, and he would try to get us reimbursed. That is when I explained I had payed it already and we did not even have that suv anymore (long story short I didn’t know where the recipe was). All I asked was for it not to happen again. And it didn’t but after some inspection it appears to have some minor scratches on the front passenger fender of our new car after this visit. So that is the reason for my low rating. But I will say once more the service managers and/or coordinators were outstanding from appointments, loaner car, updates and accurate completion estimates that part was first class. More
