I have always been pleased with the friendliness and competence of service at Motor Werks. Bob Poduch in particular has always been exceptional. My only concern has always been the cost. I'm not opposed to paying a slight premium for dealer service but at times the charges are offensively high (eg: $900 to repair a burnt out xenon head light - one). At some point when the charges become double or more what a reputable independent shop would charge, Motor Werks will lose (or already has lost) business which is sad because I love the company. I have done business with Motor Werks for over 15 years, having purchased 5 vehicles during that time period. I have always been treated very fairly for both purchases and service work. Everyone with whom I have dealt has been most courteous and helpful with whatever my need might be. When service required more than an hour or two of time, a loner car was always provided. Most recently, the vehicle I currently own, which is 4 years old, had an engine problem. Motor Works stood behind me and saw to it that I the problem was corrected. The treatement I have received throughout my customer relationship with Motor Werks is first rate and I am a very satisfied coustomer. Great job Motor Werks! More
