All of the staff at Motorwerks are polite, professional, and service-oriented. The appointment was scheduled when I needed it and they provided a loaner vehicle to drive while they serviced my car. One issue and a comment: 2/15 had my tires rotated on my 08 infinity-now have a vibration in the steering wheel and it pulls to the left. Need to bring it back. The service was greate. The only issue i had was i could not get a good internet signal in the new Honda area. I wound up having to go to the Mercedes sitting area to do work on my laptop.
