Had a great customer service experience with Kevin at Mercedes Benz of Austin. This was my first time taking my vehicle in for maintenance and it was truly a smooth experience. What impressed me was CJ Hodgson approach to customer convenience. Knowing that my car would be in service over the weekend , he arranged for a loaner vehicle. A testament to the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. When I picked up my car, it was not only serviced to perfection but also washed and cleaned, making it feel brand new. The efficiency and attention to detail with which the service was carried out are commendable. So my experience at the Mercedes Benz of Austin was outstanding. It's advisors like CJ that create loyal customers, and I will definitely be returning for all my future car needs.
