I felt constantly pressured and even attacked by the relentless requests for survey feedback, all while my actual concerns went unresolved. Their customer service was poor, and I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. Despite repeatedly reaching out with my issues, I received little to no effort to address them. Instead, my interactions were dominated by survey requests, making it clear that their priority is their ratings, not their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for genuine service and a company that stands behind their work, look elsewhere. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning. More
Exceptional service on my GLC300 - fast, friendly, and good coffee. I had the check engine light go on and I got an appointment within a couple of day with a nice new loaner. Absolutely the worst Mercedes Benz dealership, Unethical practices. I brought my car in for noise that I was hearing while breaking. I left my vehicle with the service advisor with no damages to the rear dr practices. I brought my car in for noise that I was hearing while breaking. I left my vehicle with the service advisor with no damages to the rear drivers side door. When I picked up my car and got home I noticed that they had damaged my drivers side rear door and tried to hide the damage . I notified them immediately and sent the pictures of the damage they did to my vehicle via text message . No one called me back. I reached out again the next day and spoke with Brayden the Express Service Advisor. I was lied to and was told that the car was brought in like that. “LIES” . I then drove to the dealership and met with Jesse the Service Manager. We went back and forth about the damage that they had done to my GLE rear drivers side door. He Lied as well and said that my vehicle was dropped off at the dealership with damage to the rear door, Even though there video footage up on checking in my vehicle showed no damage to the door. He then decided to make me an offer to have his detail shop to try and buff out the damage, but he said it wouldn’t be perfect. The other option was that they would pay half and I will have to pay the other half to get my car fixed. I told him no deal . I will not pay for damage that they did to my Vehicle. I will take further legal actions. This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Austin. VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES More

Since I was concerned about driving safely with them, I called MB of Austin. I was immediately put through to Luis Cuellar who confirmed that had the tire I needed and was able to schedule me at 2:00 pm that day. I got to MB of Austin and the work went seamlessly. The waiting room was spotless and comfortable. It was totally satisfactory experience! More
