I recently visited the Mercedes Benz of Austin dealership for service on my GLS 450, and I must say, the service I received was nothing short of exemplary.  What impressed me was CJ Hodgson approach to cust for service on my GLS 450, and I must say, the service I received was nothing short of exemplary.  What impressed me was CJ Hodgson approach to customer convenience. Knowing that my car would be in service over the weekend , he arranged for a loaner vehicle. A testament to the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. When I picked up my car, it was not only serviced to perfection but also washed and cleaned, making it feel brand new. The efficiency and attention to detail with which the service was carried out are commendable.
