Their customer service was poor, and I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. Despite repeatedly reaching out with my issues, I received little to no effort to address them. Instead, my interactions were dominated by survey requests, making it clear that their priority is their ratings, not their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for genuine service and a company that stands behind their work, look elsewhere. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning. More
Exceptional service on my GLC300 - fast, friendly, and good coffee. I had the check engine light go on and I got an appointment within a couple of day with a nice new loaner. Bought an S560 last month fro MB of Austin. I have owed six MB and this is my second S Series. The Sales person Jeffrey Johnson was awesome from the very start to the end of the transaction. T I have owed six MB and this is my second S Series. The Sales person Jeffrey Johnson was awesome from the very start to the end of the transaction. This helped me gain total confidence about being and conducting business at the right place. When it came to complete the financing portion of the deal (which I didn't need but opt for it anyway), the situation went from great to a wasteful time consuming process. Nothing to do with with securing the loan, but a relentless and consent push to purchase the extended warranty and protection plan for ~$5K, tinted window and a paint protection coating service. At the end I agree to tint application as a sign of good will and to end with a win-win standing. Well they did apply the tint, but it was not a well-done job as expected from a high-class dealership. Within three days, the lint and other debris became visible. I am very reluctant to take it back for correction since I live 60 miles away. I would like to mentioned to be very careful before you seal the deal. MB of Austin will automatically add two items to you invoice. Window tint for $499 and a vehicle protection plan they call PDS Premiere Defense for $995.00. If you tell them that you do not want these items, the finance manager will you that these items have already been installed and cannot be removed. However, in my case they were not and they continue to insist that I was required and obligated to pay for the two. Remember, you are only required to pay for the advertised price of the vehicle. I had to continue to refuse the items for three hours of wasted time. At the end, the purchase contract had to be re-written to remove these unwanted items which were not even installed at the time of purchase. I respect and will repeat my business with MB of Austin and the salesperson that assisted me, but I will never deal with Mr. C, the finance manager again, I rather drive to Dallas. 5 Stars to the Salesperson, 4 to MB of Austin by proxy and 2 to the finance manager.
