I've been here for two service visits and each The service experience was very positive except for the long wait times to speak with the service rep. I've been here for two service visits and each time, both dropping off and picking up, it takes quite a while to speak to a rep. Leave yourself 60-90 minutes to get anything done. Meanwhile, lots of other employees are walking around and chatting, and seem to be oblivious to customers. It's aggravating that they don't have the consciousness to be more attuned to wait times. Not everyone is on the same casual schedule that they evidently are on. More

I called both managers and then never heard back. This was very frustrating and I feel that the problem could have been resolved at the first visit to AC. More

Outstanding! While on travel during the holidays, I had a tire go flat. I contacted the service department and they were able to accommodate me on Christmas Eve.
