i brought my car in for service, they had it for 2 weeks. my car is garage kept,and very clean. when they were done they drove the car up to me with water spots and bird droppings. one of the service guys ha More

And while I am very sorry we were unable to rectify things for you, I do want you to know that your experience has led us to make many improvements to our service department, including ensuring that our customers are informed of any damage we are recording on their vehicle prior to service.
