Advisor has poor communication I have no complaints about the physical service and work done on the car but I did have an issue with the advisor Kevin Rossi. He did not communicate I have no complaints about the physical service and work done on the car but I did have an issue with the advisor Kevin Rossi. He did not communicate well with me. I got a message that the car was ready but when I went to go pick up my car he never saw the notification on his computer that my car was done so I did not get my car that day. The next day he did not contact me at all. I was the one that initiated contact with him through phone and email and he did not get reach back to me until 5pm which was too late. Finally the day after that, which is day three, I still did not receive any notification or contact from Kevin about any information but I went in to pick up my car hoping again it would be ok to take home. Once I finally got my car that day there was a big discrepancy with the price of the service. I never receive an invoice of the completed price of the service. The poor communication on Kevin’s part not only inconvenienced me for three days but it inconvenienced my family members for three days too because I needed someone to take me to the dealership each visit because I was not able to get a loaner due to the time I came in on that initial day. My family and I have all been customers to this dealership for years and never experienced this type of inconvenience before. We will be sure to use another advisor next time More

Service Agent makes the experience! My home has several different vehicle/motorcycle manufacturer's represented, no need to mention them here. We maintain our vehicles/motorcycle's by th My home has several different vehicle/motorcycle manufacturer's represented, no need to mention them here. We maintain our vehicles/motorcycle's by the book and keep them in tip top shape. Of course, things go wrong and when they do, we turn to the professions. No one is EVER happy calling in a vehicle for service because the entire process of arranging for transportation, rearranging work schedules and looking at a bank balances... is all one big frustration. I give my "5 Star" rating for my recent service because of three things: 1) I changed my Service Agent to Damon and 2) Damon (and Tina-honorable mention) made all the pain of coming in and spending $'s, painless and an enjoyable experience and 3) Getting in the Loaner Vehicle was quick and painless (Sorry, I didn't get his name). All the other Dealerships in my home, with exception of Harley Davidson, continue to be "frustrating" because the service agents really don't care about me and all they want to do is complain about their jobs. Again, in comparison, Damon and Tina of MB of AC was a pure delight! They both made me feel like "my needs" were the most important and also, my car was delivered sooner than promised. If I might add this in here, MB of AC has the cleanest arrival bay and I am always greeted with smiles and respect. Again, so different than the "other" non Mercedes Dealerships. More

Tina Lucina (who is typically always my point of contact) Damon Lewis and Donte Piotti (Sales) make every service appointment such a breeze. The ability to have my car picked up from my home and left a loaner by Donte is HUGE help for me! This service appointment I also had asked Donte to help me with scheduling my car to be detailed. It was great to have my car serviced and detailed within one day! Anytime I hear of someone looking for good quality service for their Mercedes I without a doubt recommend them to Atlantic City immediately. More
Quick, efficient,friendly I had a few small issues with a recently purchased pre certified E 350. MB stuck to its motto of providing only the best. What I thought would only take a little glue and polish, instead all parts were replaced by their recommendation. As in times past a loaner car was given and my car on return was washed and vacuumed.
