Warranty Service Recently I started experiencing a groaning & squeaking sound coming from the right front of my S 550. I called for service late in the afternoon and was delighted when I was told to bring my car in the next morning. They found that the lower control arm needed to be replaced, which they did along with a full wheel alignment. I can't tell you how delighted I am with how much quieter it and how much smoother it rides now. And the best part is that it was completely covered under the MB Extended Warranty I had purchased when I bought my car. More

Disappointed I just moved to Atlantic City from Palm Beach, FL and was disappointed with the customer service from the minute I drove into the the service garage. I just moved to Atlantic City from Palm Beach, FL and was disappointed with the customer service from the minute I drove into the the service garage. The man that was suppose to greet you just stared at me until I parked and got out of my car to ask for help. The entrance was also empty except for another man who just dropped his car off to be washed. I explained that my front tire was very low and that we just drove up from FL. He went to get another employee to help us. This is when Damon Lewis walked out and made me never want to come to a Mercedes dealership again. In a condescending tone he talked to me and my husband like we were 10 years old and knew nothing about cars. He said "well if your tire is low then you probably have a nail in it" then there was a very long awkward pause with him just staring at us until I said, "Okay thank you, would you have time today to look at it?" He then took us inside and said he would have someone look at it as if he was in the middle of something before and we were interrupting him. The whole interaction with him, he acted like he was doing us a favor by helping us. He told us that if there is a nail in the tire it will have to be changed and that because it is a run flat it can not be patched and if i don't believe him I can look it up. I shouldn't have to look it up! I want to feel like the sales person I'm dealing with is knowledgeable and giving me good information that makes me feel comfortable and not scamming me. My husband was upset and told me he didn't trust him and we should leave. I asked Damon to please check the tire since we were already there. While we were waiting we talked with other customers in the lobby and they all said this dealership has the worst customer service and everyone is rude. They said it used to be better before the manager that was a lady (don't remember her name) left. Damon came back and said "there's a screw in your tire, it needs to be replaced, do you want us to do it?" I said I would like to get a price first before making that decision. He rolled his eyes and walked back to the computer. After he quoted us I asked him to give us a minute to talk about it. At this point we already made up our mind we would not get the service done there. I have been to Mercedes dealerships in Florida, Michigan, New York and have never been around such rude and miserable people. My job transferred here me here to help open the Hard Rock in AC and all I keep hearing when I say people are rude and look miserable is "Welcome to Atlantic City, that's how it is here" Maybe that is just how people are here but I would hope you would hold yourself to a higher standard since you are in the luxury car business. My lease is up next month and my plan was to lease a new car once I got here but to have to deal with that service for the next 3 years would be insane. We ended up taking our car to a family owned tire place down the street to get a new tire. We paid close to what you quoted but the service was so much better. We were greeted when we walked in, offered water, and not given the run a around. The owner was even talking with us about his time in FL and made us feel more comfortable. While we were waiting, two Mercedes pulled up which I recognized the people we talked to in your dealership about the bad service. I overheard them say they just came from Mercedes and felt they were getting scammed. I am not looking for anything (I promise) I read these reviews all day long at work and know most of them are false or just angry people looking for something. Maybe he was just having a bad day but I love my car and do not want to switch to something else or have to drive to Cherry Hill. I will stop by again to look at a new lease in a few weeks and hope my experience will be more inviting. More

RV Nighmare Ended If you have ever been a part of the RV Camping World you know products and service are really hit or miss. In August, we drove our brand new 2016 Tho If you have ever been a part of the RV Camping World you know products and service are really hit or miss. In August, we drove our brand new 2016 Thor Quantum off the lot of a North Jersey dealership. We picked it up on a Friday evening and by Saturday morning we noticed an oil leak in our brand new 2018 RV. We returned it that Monday for repairs on about 13 other things that we found wrong with it even after and "inspection" was charged to us and "completed". This company had it for 2 weeks and we were told the oil leak was not found and then we were told 2 weeks later, at pick up it was fixed. Low and behold it was not. They told us to take it to any certified MB dealer to get it fixed since it was under warranty. I called Damon absolutely beside myself. He got us in, fixed and picked up all in 2 days. If it wasn't for AC MB, I think we would have lost our minds. They had the best service I could have asked for and gave me hope in this market. This was never a MB issue but they took it over and was resolved asap. More
Minor body work & tune up. Was told I was getting my front bumper realigned when they fixed my blinker, but when I got my car back, the bumper was exactly the same as it was whe Was told I was getting my front bumper realigned when they fixed my blinker, but when I got my car back, the bumper was exactly the same as it was when I left it with them. Was charged over $300 for that particular service alone. Won’t go into details for other service because I assume they did what they said for the tune up. More
