Damon Lewis is the BEST service representative at Mercedes. I have used Mercedes-Benz of AC since 2000. Some service reps are good...some not as good. Damon is the best rep. I have had since I began. "Assigned" customer service reps I brought my car in for its annual service visit. I do not like MB of AC "assigning" me a person in the department. I would like to deal with the fi I brought my car in for its annual service visit. I do not like MB of AC "assigning" me a person in the department. I would like to deal with the first available representative, rather than have to wait around for my "assigned" rep. Not sure if they feel that having an assigned rep makes the experience "better" but I want to get in and get out, so give me the first available customer rep. More

I called Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City which is actually in Egg Harbor township. I set an appointment. When I arrived the day of the appointment, I drove into the service garage and a young man check the VIN and addressed me by name and directed me to service desk and introduced me to Tina. There was a loaner ready for me/ the vehicle was completed the next day. The service was actually beyond excellent. I have been in the automotive repair business my entire life. I have dealt with many dealers and purchased numerous cars. I have never experienced this level of service. I have talked about the service on both of my radio talk shows. More
