I brought my car in for service twice on January 29th and on 2/24/20 for a recall and different issues. Our service agent Kevin Rossi communicated every detail on the first service. When the car was towed due to a brake line problem on Monday 2/24/20, he communicated with me via text. I called in and I authorized the work. We left off the conversation being informed that I woul d hear back from him as to the availability of ordering the parts and a timeline when the job would be completed. When I did not here from him I called on Friday 28th, I was informed that Mr. Rossi was not in and that they would transfer my call to another agent to assist me. This agent's name is Damion. As soon as he got on the phone he became rude, combative and condescending. When I brought it to his attention he informed me that he would let Mr. Rossi know on Monday so he could follow up with me. I'm not sure what transpired between them but I never received a phone cal from Mr. Rossi on Monday, March 2, 2020 nor the rest of the week. Which surprises me because Mr. Rossi has always been extremely attentive and informative. The next time I heard from Mr. Rossi was on Friday March 6, 2020 (5:56 pm) via text informing me that my car could be picked up. I texted Mr. Rossi to inform him that we would pick up the car on the following Tuesday since we were heading out of town. However, I ended picking the car up on Saturday instead. When I picked up my car I brought up my concerns to the service agent (Tina). She informed me that she would let the service manager, Mark Bauers aware and to expect a follow up call from him on Monday. Needless to say I'm still waiting for the call. Mr. Rossi has always being respectful and attentive to our concerns regarding our vehicles, that is why I was upset for his lack of communication. Even though I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and respect I received, I would recommed Mercdes-Benz's service. However, your service agent Damion could use customer service training and sensitivity training when dealing with female customers. As a manager, Mr. Bauers should be informed of this email and should also take note that a follow up from him could had resolved my complaint. I chose to voice my opinion through my response in this survey as oppose to using social media. In closing I would like to make you aware that I was never offered a courtesy vehicle has in the past. Bought a car (as is) that was represented as being checked out by AC Mercedes before being sold. Turns out having multiple issues that should have been noticed by the dealer service staff--NOT HAPPY. Sad to see the Mercedes Brand in such a dark light. 1) Speaker was blown. They did not follow through on a promise to replace it at cost--charged me "employee discount" price at Ft. Washington Mercedes $$$$. 2) AC Mercedes must not have given a very thorough check of the car before putting it on the lot--as it turns out front rotors were also bad --did not pass PA inspection. $$$$ 3) Now, the command module has started to turn off and on intermittently--which is a known Mercedes issue with many models. Called--told to take it to MB service. I understand that buying a car "as is" has its risks, but when the car was claimed to have been checked by a dealer's service before being sold, one would expect the dealer's service department to recognize safety issues like bad rotors, or obvious issues like a blown speaker. This is not the service quality and experience I have trusted for many years of owning Mercedes. If this is representative of the diagnostic service quality provided by AC Mercedes, I would strongly not recommend them, and be extra weary of cars sold on the old AC Mercedes lot that is said to have been checked out by the dealership. More

Responds well. Provides good service. Thorough repairs without need to return for follow up repairs. Mercedes USA refused to repair prematurely broken rear springs. Great customer experience at Mercedes of AC From the very first contact with my sales person, through the sale, financing, and delivery, everything was handled professionally, without the usual From the very first contact with my sales person, through the sale, financing, and delivery, everything was handled professionally, without the usual high pressure sales pitch. My salesperson Jonathan Batt is a true professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I did have to bring my car in to address a minor issues, shortly after delivery, and they fixed it properly the first time, at no charge to me. The dealership is clean and spacious, and I like the fact that I can see and sit in many different models right in the showroom. My service advisor, Damon, was similarly thorough and professional. He followed up with me after the service visit to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. This is a great place to do business, and I am sure I'll do more business there in the future. More
I will say once again that the only reason I travel the distance and pass by 2 other Benz service centers is because of Damon Lewis. I literally have a Benz dealer less than a mile from me.
