Took car in for a recall. They fixed two campaign issues but not recall. The check engine light came on after my visit. They wanted to charge me $195 for a diagnostic test. I took my car to my own mechanic but not recall. The check engine light came on after my visit. They wanted to charge me $195 for a diagnostic test. I took my car to my own mechanic and paid him for the test. 12 out of 38 systems failed. One of the campaign fixes was a software update. After numerous calls and days Mercedes finally agreed to run diagnostic tests but they were not happy, friendly or nice. End result it was a glitch in the software update which they then did fix. Never even said they were sorry or offer me reimbursement for my cost to my own mechanic. More

Heated seats I have been dealing with Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City for the last ten years or so. Both service and sales has always been a awesome experience. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them to do for you. I wanted to have the heated seats checked on my new GLE. It’s a terrible new system and hopefully will be recalled and get corrected. Damon Lewis took the time and effort to research the new system, check out the vehicle and explain the new system to me. As always a very pleasant experience at this dealership. More
