"New car part issue - "GREAT STAFF and SERVICE" The service and staff were not the problem. Waiting for the part was. Very professional, very nice people. The problem with my C280 was caused due to the atrocious roads in Philadelphia. It was not an easy problem to fix however Mercedes-Benz stuck with me The problem with my C280 was caused due to the atrocious roads in Philadelphia. It was not an easy problem to fix however Mercedes-Benz stuck with me until the problem was resolved and the car now drives just like it was new. I also had other work that needed to be completed that was handled the first time without any problems and all the work was completed in a timely manner the first time. I dealt with both service managers and also the shop foreman to have my issue resolved. They were all very helpful very professional and above all very understanding. I was completely satisfied and will always use Atlantic City Mercedes-Benz for all of my needs. More
