A Timely, effective and a pleasant service experience! Kevin Rossi, per usual, was terrific. Charged for service that wasn’t performed Dropped my Mercedes bens Sprinter off that was under warranty for a brake inspection since it was squealing. The service team at MB AC told me my brakes were after market and needed to get both back wheel’s brakes and rotors replaced. We’re going to charge me $700+ for the job, I said no thank you I’ll change the brakes myself so I got charged around $130+ for “diagnosing” the brakes. When I started replacing the brakes the next day I noticed the rotors were ok and there was plenty of life in the brake pads still. Then when I lifted the brake caliper cyclinder to remove the brake pads, I noticed the brake pads had the Mercedes logo on them (they were the manufacturers brakes not after market!!). I called Damon immediately asking if after market brakes have the Mercedes logo and I was told that his mechanics do brakes all the time and said they were not Mercedes brake pads and that they were the color blue? I had to send pictures to Damon for him to believe me and then I got no reply after I sent the pictures. The next day I called Damon and asked if he received the pictures, he said yes but I still can’t get refunded the diagnosing fee. I questioned if they even diagnosed it since the brakes are clearly Mercedes and do not have any blue color that he mentioned initially. I was thinking... did they even take the wheel off?! I then had to ask to speak to the service manager who wasn’t in the office that day. Mark the service manager called me the next day and was very short with his words. He gave me the refund back but didn’t offer an apology for the lack of customer service his team provided the previous days and basically lied to their customer. I am very disappointed in this Mercedes dealership. I wonder how many innocent people they rip off who don’t have the time to change their own brakes. I have pictures and video evidence of this matter since I was creating a YouTube video on how to change brakes on a Mercedes Sprinter van but unfortunately I can not attach anything on dealer rater More

Who made my appointment, set up loaner , checked to see if I had warranty coverage for my check engine light on ( which I did) and made sure all 7 or so recalls that were outstanding were taken care of , and my oil change was done . She made it a very pleasant experience and I will definitely come back here even though I live in Queens, NY . Had all this service done while I was vacationing in Atlantic City. I didn’t have to lose work time or days off. I definitely will recommend and come back . Kudos also to the mechanics and the waiting area ... I was truly comfortable throughout !!! More

Terrific Service Altogether At ten pm on July 1, I came out of a hoagie store in Margate. Early in the morning, I got a call from the service folks and the diagnosis and repair were quickly and efficiently undertaken with the car being ready to roll on July 3.
