Where did this guy come from!!!????? I went to Mercedes of AC for a routine oil change. The service dept was great and everything was smooth and seamless.. What really set the this par I went to Mercedes of AC for a routine oil change. The service dept was great and everything was smooth and seamless.. What really set the this particular dealership apart from all the others was Paul in parts. Paul was amazing. While I was waiting for my service to be done, I ventured over to parts to price out some accessories. Paul was very professional and went above and beyond to figure out my needs and what I was looking for. Paul was very courteous and in no way did I feel rushed by him. I will definitely be coming back to the dealership for all my car needs. I give full applause to Mr Paul Johnson for being spectacular at his job.. More

Took car in for a recall. They fixed two campaign issues but not recall. The check engine light came on after my visit. They wanted to charge me $195 for a diagnostic test. I took my car to my own mechanic but not recall. The check engine light came on after my visit. They wanted to charge me $195 for a diagnostic test. I took my car to my own mechanic and paid him for the test. 12 out of 38 systems failed. One of the campaign fixes was a software update. After numerous calls and days Mercedes finally agreed to run diagnostic tests but they were not happy, friendly or nice. End result it was a glitch in the software update which they then did fix. Never even said they were sorry or offer me reimbursement for my cost to my own mechanic. More
