I had my 2012 E350 being serviced for a steering recall. First the bad it took them 5 working day to get it done and being old I would have liked getting a phone call instead of a text. The good they put me in a 2020 GLE at no charge and did a spectacular job on my wheel alignment after the recall at no additional cost. More
A lot of confusion in service center. No rental cars( I am over the covid excuses) My wipers are still not fixed, my car was not ready until 8 hours after I said I needed it and I had to call the service am over the covid excuses) My wipers are still not fixed, my car was not ready until 8 hours after I said I needed it and I had to call the service center 6 times and no answer. Mark, the manager, took an interest in a problem we were having with our Mercedes. He took the time and effort to investigate and take care of a problem we were having and successfully resolved it. He did all this while he was short-handed at the dealership due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak. We are very appreciative and would recommend him and this dealership to all Mercedes customers. More

I brought my car in for 2 problems and only one was resolved. Now I’m waiting for a loaner vehicle for over a month to bring back my car to have the issues resolved, driving daily with the fear it may resolved. Now I’m waiting for a loaner vehicle for over a month to bring back my car to have the issues resolved, driving daily with the fear it may not start, because they chose to not listen to me and claimed it was a battery issue when in fact it’s not. A real bummer. More

I had a flat tire on LBI. I have run flats. It took 3 1/2 hours for tow truck. The entire next day the dealer could not schedule a replacement tire. Two days later I retrieved my car.
