Awful customer service. Never have an appointment for service available. I sat and waited even when I saw my car was finished and ready. I guess it’s done. I can get better service from a discount auto dealer. This is Mercedes. Should be better!!!! More
I took my 2022 GLA250 in to this dealership to get the chip that was missing when I bought the car last year. The chip was installed and I had also asked them to check out my radio because two of the stat chip that was missing when I bought the car last year. The chip was installed and I had also asked them to check out my radio because two of the stations that I have always listened to in my previous cars (not Mercedes) were constantly going in and out while they are playing-mainly saying "no signal"-I live 1/2 hour from these stations. These stations are about 45 minutes away from the dealership. I was told that because the dealership is out of the stations listening area they could not get them in on the car to test them. Hmm, I got those stations on my old cars in the area of this dealership with only a little static sometimes. I feel as if I was not going to get anywhere with this dealership since I did not purchase my car there because they didn't have any 2022's at the time and still wanted me to give them a deposit even though they could not tell me what the price for a 2022 would be when I was looking to purchase the car. I will take my car back to the dealer where I got it to see if they can fix the issue even though it is a lot further from where I live. A side note, I had an appointment a month before I took it in (the appointment was made a month before that) and was told I could get a loaner-the night before I was supposed to take it I got a call from the dealership telling me that I couldn't bring my car the next day because they had no loaner to give me-not even "If you can bring your car and not get a loaner we can work on it" just that I had to call to reschedule. When I did get my car in-they gave me a date a whole month later-I had my husband take me-no loaner-they had my car for two days and never called to tell me that I could pick it up. I called 4 times, no answer-I finally called sales and they went and asked service if I could pick it up. When I got there to get my car was when I found out they did nothing with the radio. There was only one phone call from service on the first day they had it for me to explain to them what was going on. This is my first Mercedes-Benz and being that they are a luxury car company, I thought I would get better service from them. More
