disappointed in the service department , took 3 appt. to get the work done. for a high end car you expect better service. when I debating on purchasing from this dealer or another I was told by manag to get the work done. for a high end car you expect better service. when I debating on purchasing from this dealer or another I was told by management they were working on making the service dept. better. this was reason I left Cadillac and came to Mercedes was the service i was not getting there. hopefully this will help them review a few practices for the better More

Dana Lynn De Mone I am extremely UNHAPPY with the SERVICE and also the CONDITION my car was returned to me. I PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF MY CAR THE INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE HAD GREASE HAND PRINTS ALL OVER SERVICE and also the CONDITION my car was returned to me. I PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF MY CAR THE INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE HAD GREASE HAND PRINTS ALL OVER. AND THE CAR IS NOT RUNNING RIGHT AND THERE ARE ISSUES THAT WERE NOT OCCURING WHEN I BROUGHT VECHICLE TO MERCEDES. I SPENT TOTAL $3600.00 AND AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL... WHEN I CALLED TO BRING BACK THE ANSWER I RECIEVED FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT WELL THE CAR WAS TOWED HERE...IT DOES NOT MATTER WHY HOW WHEN . I EXPECTED JUST BRING BACK IN AND LETS MAKE YOUR CAR OK............. ALSO, THERE WAS ISSUE WITH CARFAX SAYING I HAD A JUNK TITLE... I had bought a CO Detector because I was getting headaches after service of the Exhaust Modification Settlement where Mercedes had my ENTIRE Exhaust replaced rather than fixing a sensor . Its like M headaches after service of the Exhaust Modification Settlement where Mercedes had my ENTIRE Exhaust replaced rather than fixing a sensor .
