THIS IS DIFFICULT. EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE COMES BACK WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON , AS IT DID THIS TIME. THE DAY IT WAS RETURNED IT ALSO HAD A WARNING LIGHT ON THE EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE COMES BACK WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON , AS IT DID THIS TIME. THE DAY IT WAS RETURNED IT ALSO HAD A WARNING LIGHT ON THE DASH WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE BLUE TEC. WHY THEY MECHANICS WOULD NOT HAVE SEEN THIS OR ADDRESSED IT, IS SOMEWHAT INCOMPREHENSIBLE TO ME. ADDITIONALLY THE CAR IS STILL LEAKING FLUID FROM UNDERNEATH AS IT HAS EVERYDAY SINCE IT;S RETURN. I GUESS THERE IS NO QUALITY CHECK OF SERVICE, OR NO ONE OVERSEES SERVICES. SOMETIMES I JUST GIVE UP. MERCEDES SERVICE IS NOT INEXPENSIVE AND FRANKLY YOU'D THINK THEY'F MAKE SURE ALL THE SYSTEMS ARE RUNNING CORRECTLY OR ALERT YOU TO ANY PROBLEM. BUT SADLY NO. LEO IS ALWAYS POLITE . YET THERE IS ALWAYS MANY UNADRESSED PROBLEMS LEFT EVERY TIME I DROP OFF MY VEHICLE. More

Sales is good service is not. My car is just a month old and been in shop almost 1 week. Initially called service no one ever called back. Went into deal service department even though they are supposed to pick up my car since they never called me back I went into deal service without appointment. They kept my car gave me a loaner that was someone’s daily car with hardly no gas. Engine light on they said if not flashing don’t worry about it. Who wants a new car with check engine light on. I asked for them to bring my car but again no response so I have to go in again More
It’s close to when we live, I called for an appointment for my second service and I had an appointment within a week of calling. My service representative was pleasant and kept us updated regarding the se for my second service and I had an appointment within a week of calling.
