After having my convertible liner replaced, I noticed some white on my blue top. Christy Hicks my service representative quickly got the Manager who then got the detail guy Pat Allen. At no fault of their own, but mine they helped to resolve my issue with my convertible top. I learned a valuable lesson that day.
