Miscommunication regarding length of service time when booked; terrible communication during long wait. Was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours, but three and a half with no updates along the way, even after multiple t booked; terrible communication during long wait. Was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours, but three and a half with no updates along the way, even after multiple texts to the service agent. Car not washed due to broken system. Second time I have had service here and both were terrible. More
