Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Never have any loaners. Never return calls. Nerver calls when part has arrived. I had my suspension go out on the road, and I limped in to MB of Athens. They found the problem and fixed it. It was a $74.56 part with a $587 labor charge, not a problem. The first reason is this is my second or third time using them, and they never have loaners to drive. The main reason for the low rating is that when they brought my S430 out to leave, it had a hole in the tire the size of my pinkie. He said your tire is leaking air, so you should go straight to a tire store from here. Good luck! I asked him to pump it up to 40 psi. I drove 2 miles to a tire store before the tire was flat. That is service for you. More

I took my car in for a bulletin for a timing chain rattle and spent thousands of dollars after repeated attempts to fix the car. The only thing they offered was for me to drop it off again and again. Recommendations to fix things on the car for thousands of dollars which do not need to be fixed and the car is returned with oil leaking and coolant leaking and airconditioning not working and engine light shining bright. Not the worse thing ever to happen to me in my life but the experience was very bad and expensive for me to get my car fixed at an independent shop. I am done with this dealership, I honestly do not mind paying for work as long as it is needed and fixes the car. Nothing they touched was fixed correctly and I always got the car back worse than I dropped it off, love driving a car without air conditioning and having the engine overheat after spending a few grand on maintenance. Always treated disrespectfully and had to wait 3 weeks for a radiator flush with my car sitting in the back row half assembled. Really strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else, and paying the money to get it fixed correctly but not here. More

Difficult and time sensitive situation made a late Thursday drop-off at the dealers problematic. Was able to receive vehicle after order of parts on Friday and repair of vehicle first thing Saturday A Thursday drop-off at the dealers problematic. As of 9/22 STARTING TO SOUND LIKE A LOGGING TRUCK UPON CRANKING!! Vehicle went in for the MB Recall Bluetec Exhaust Mod.My car went to them with no lights illuminated on dash, no leaks visible under vehi CRANKING!! Vehicle went in for the MB Recall Bluetec Exhaust Mod.My car went to them with no lights illuminated on dash, no leaks visible under vehicle or wierd smells. Service Mang. told us 5 days to do repair ended up being almost 5 weeks.They delivered back a vehicle w/3VISIBLE LEAKS(DIESEL FUEL,OIL &COOLANT) and no tow hitch cover! Service Mang. blamed these leaks on the fact that the vehicle is older, not the fact that our car was pushed out in 30 min. after being at this location for over a month for exhaust mod and programming. He says our fuel lines were cracked & we didn't want work done.Not true, have all my texts & VM's, was never told fuel lines were cracked, ironically they took off the clamps we had on & changed to different clamps on fuel filter he had to speak w/tech about that. So they messed up the fuel line and instead of fixing it sent it out leaking Diesel visibly under the hood onto ground, thank God we didn't drive our 4 kids in it & travel to South Fl! Which btw he knew we were leaving to go on this trip & dropped our car off the day we were supposed to leave! They stated we were due for a service, actually it was 400 miles till service "C" (which is an oil change) but didn't want them to do it. No we don't take our vehicle to the dealership for service, we have our records where we have an ASE certified shop do our work, we don't buy tires or any other major component at the dealer, we only let them work on it for recalls and this one MB is supposed to make good. After 2 days of having vehicle, they replaced the oil cooler and orings, no charge! Really, something fishy about that, that wasn't apart of the recall. Our oil cooler was already under warranty with our mechanic who replaced oil cooler & seals less than a year ago. AFTER RETURNING TO US- 2 different places OIL IS LEAKING FROM UNDERNEATH CAR, ANTIFREEZE LEAKING, ABS, ESP LIGHTS are illuminated along with now ENGINE LIGHT (& no tow hitch). We had to fix the fuel line due to the fire hazard they left us.Service Manager blamed all this on you have to expect this if it's not a new car...Have contacted corporate and GM at this location with no assistance as of this review, they have our numbers.
