Great service department! Well worth the 40 mile drive from Conyers for good reliable service and 1st class loaners! B-Service for my Metris at 25,000 miles along with a noisy front brake. Mercedes Dealership so all very squeaky clean and very polite. Just not very helpful so can't give proper rating. I'm sure the service would be first rate but I'll never know. I took a Mercedes in for attention based on a recall notification. The letter stipulated that as well as attending to the recall, the service center would give the car a check over. I was interested in this part as I had recently acquired the vehicle and knew there were a couple of faults with it. After some time, I was handed the letter back and told the recall did not apply to my car (despite the car VIN matching the recall notice). As a result there was no further inspection of the vehicle. More
