Terrible simply terrible. There are certain words I would love to use to describe this dealership. Instead of writing them a review and telling them how lousy their dealership is I'll just stay anonymous and let the public know instead. First off service is a zero here. It takes forever to get your car fixed and it takes forever for them to return your calls. When I went here there were hardly any cars in the shop so I don't know why they take so long. These guys are so incompetent they weren't even able to patch my tire properly. I had it done here along with another service and like a day later my tire was almost flat. I just said screw it and went someplace else to get the job done. I'd like to elaborate further on this place but I think everyone else has just about covered it. So I'll just say what has already been said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! You'll be much happier trust me. More

I'm going to let it be known that I purchased my first Mercedes way back in 1988, so you could say I'm familiar with the brand, the dealerships and a certain level of quality that shouldn't be absent, EVER! I came to this dealership once, and I assure you that my first time will be my last time. Now I will judge and rate the many areas where this dealership is strongly lacking. 1. The car lot. What a poor excuse for a lot, I didn't come to buy anything but then again there isn't much that this dealership offers. Their new car selection is small and lacking as well as their selection of used cars, 2. The customer lounge. I've been to many Mercedes dealers in the past and none of them have had such a lounge as pitiful as this one. This lounge may seat a maximum of 10 people, so on a busy day I would assume the customers walk aimlessly while awaiting their vehicle. The TV is set on a specific station and there is no way of changing this station. The coffee is sub par and don't get me started on the bathroom. 3. The shop. I never thought I would see such a small and pitiful shop at a place that deals with cars that sometimes exceed $100,000. Looking though it while talking to Shane made me wonder if these guys even have the necessary tools and equipment for every job. Perhaps I'm to quick to jump to conclusions and they have everything they need to service your vehicle, but looks are everything and from the looks of the shop it doesn't look the part. 4. The staff. I guess it is normal here for the staff to be unfriendly, while walking down the hall I walked past an older man. He said nothing to me not even as much as a "Good Morning" or "How are you doing?". I later found out this was the service manager. Nobody else acknowledged me either. This may seem like something that isn't worth mentioning, but I like to feel welcomed when dealing with any business 5. The courtesy cars. Or should I say courtesy car? I wonder if it is customary to place a paying customer in a filthy courtesy car? I guess this is a statement to how much this business values their customers. 6. The incompetence. I like any other customer do not like having my time wasted. I was called and told that my car would be done at a specific time, and I arrived at that specific time so I could pick up my car and leave. When I arrive I'm told my car isn't ready, so I waste my time pacing the floor waiting on my car. I finally get it and leave. On my way home I notice change missing from my cup holder. You can claim I'm being petty for bringing this up, but I feel I should be able to trust my personal belonging with a dealership when getting my car serviced. So not only are these people incompetent, but are thieves as well. On their website they claim they received dealership of the year awards, well if I were to award this place I'd award it as the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever been to. More
What happened to customer service? I came to this place a little while back. It was my first time coming to the place, I'm used to the bigger dealerships in the metro Atlanta area, but I came to this place a little while back. It was my first time coming to the place, I'm used to the bigger dealerships in the metro Atlanta area, but was in Athens as a tourist. While in Athens my car was acting up a bit. I found out that there was only one dealership in Athens so I thought I'd give it a try. I bought my car up and talked to Shane in service, the guy seemed alright. I mentioned to him my concern and he had a guy come take a look at it. The guys name is Dennis I asked him questions which he ignored while he messed with my car. When he did answer he was very rude and disrespectful. I'm not one to make a scene so I ignored his lack of manners and left afterwards. I figured I'd rather drive my car the way it was then stay here after such an unpleasant incident. I hope other customers don't have to deal with such rudeness when dealing with this place. More

He will do you no favors, and if you have been wronged by him or his staff he will do nothing to remedy the situation. His lackey Mike is no different, he is nothing but a bootlicker who bends the Shaun's whim. My purchase of a pre-owned car was more of a hassle than it should have been. I was not satisfied with the way my car looked after I bought it, they said it would be cleaned, but when driving home I noticed how dirty it was. I asked to have this taken care of and I bought the car back and it still didn't look right. I sat in their waiting room for hours waiting on my car. Their waiting room is very small and cramped, and you are forced to watch FOX news the whole time you are their. Simply put I was not satisfied with my experience here, I will go to RBM or one of the bigger and more highly recognized dealerships in the future. Avoid this place and avoid Shaun the guy is a snake. More

In other words, there were questionable repairs made, in my opinion, because there was a warranty, not necessarily because the work was needed. It is my belief some of my repair charges were exaggerated, and some repairs I did not feel needed to be done at all. Please get a second opinion if the repair sounds fishy. Better yet, just find one of the larger, more reputable dealerships in Atlanta. Trust me, it's worth the drive for an honest and fair experience! More

I went and bought one of their cars off of their lot and took it to get serviced not long after. The mechanics SUDDENLY discovered a slew of problems. I had barely owned the car and now it has all these problems? I figure the car had these problems beforehand but they decided to sell it on their lot anyways. I have no warranty on the car, so I pretty much have a piece of crap, and there is nothing I can do about it. I think it is shameful that they would even sell a poorly maintained car on their lot, and then do nothing to help me. Avoid these people they will rob you blind, trust me. More

Wanted to leave everything apart ..".cause I was going to have to get it fixed anyway " and charged me 211 two Hundred eleven dollars. Also the panel below the glove compartment was left hanging to the floor almost. When I got home went to back out of driveway and the fully functional back up camera I dropped my car off with is now just a Black Screen. Spoke with Shane immediately at 11:22 am he told me to just get it fixed when I had that wire fixed. I said no. It worked when you got it it needs to work when you gave it back. He assured me he would Check into it with technician and call me back. Still waiting the next day. Also left messages with Tabitha receptionist dot rest, be manager and general manager to call me since Shane wouldn't and details of situation. Of course neither of them have Called.
