I ordered my new 2020 GLC300 in February only weeks before we went into full pandemic mode. Unfortunately Germany was forced to close down their plant due to Covid as did most other places around the w before we went into full pandemic mode. Manufacturing resumed in July and my car was delivered to my door on September 30th by my salesperson, Kaitlyn Pelham. I can not say enough good things about the dealership experience back in February when I ordered my vehicle as well as the excellent customer service provided by Kaitlyn. She was and still is available to answer any questions and provided A+ personalized service. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Kaitlyn and Mercedes-Benz of Athens. Based on this experience I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well. There were numerous other Mercedes dealerships much closer to my home, but after shopping several local more close dealerships, I decided to go with Mercedes-Benz of Athens and I could not be more pleased. They weren't pushy, were fair in negotiations and all around pleasant to work with. They will bring your car to you and pick it up for service as well so don't let venturing out a few more miles further make you hesitate at all.
