We went in for service on my ML350 and liked a new ML model on the floor. Our long time sales representative, Jeremy Shea, was excellent in helping us make the purchase. He has always been knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and non pushy.This was true on this experience as well. We could not be more pleased. Other considerations: 1. The entire staff from the sales dept to the service department are always friendly an accommodating. 2. A special note should be made for service consultant Darrell Inman who always delivers top performance and did again on prep on this unit. 3. The paperwork part was easy, facilitated by Kathy (I think I have her name right). 4. It is nice, too, when both the owner and the general manager make an effort to see us and congratulate us on our new purchase.
