I've been seeing Darrell Inman for several years for work performed on my car and he has always been professional and friendly. And he is a man of his word, if he tells you he will call you back in 15 minutes, he does exactly that. I've encountered not only Darrell but also Nate and Hilliary. They are so friendly and take extra time to make sure my concerns my resolved. I can truly say I feel like I'm their "main priority" every time I've gone even if the waiting room is full. Thank you Darrell for your patience and for always helping and making sure my issues are resolved. Thank you Nate for always answering all of my many questions about the car and Thank you Hilliary for being prompt and making sure when I need a loaner car, the event goes smoothly. More

I stop in and talk to the sales manager when I am there for service and highly recommend him. I have been at the dealership for service twice. I drive a considerable distance and they scheudle me at convenient times and insure the automobile is worked on immediately to minimize my time at the dealership. They listen carefully to my questions and insure the everything is done properly. More

Worst experience ever I arrived 30 minutes early for a repair job that was supposed to take three hours to complete. 27 hours later, I was still waiting on my vehicle. The dealership provided me with a loaner but charged me for the gas I used while I was waiting on my car. I was told to return the following morning at 10:00 but didn't get my car until almost 1:00 that afternoon. Terrible experience. More

They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently so that I could get back on the road. I was about 50 miles from Asheville, NC, and headed home to Knoxville, TN. They were a lifesaver! They were fantastic as we test drove not only 2 models, but 4 vehicles all together. Generally, we will just have vehicles delivered, but this experience was great. We were in and out in less than 3 hours, on a Saturday! We got a great price (compared to all the target prices on the internet) and awesome service.
