Tony so attentive to making sure we were well taken care of. My wife liked the peace and quiet of no tv nor music in lounge but Tony found me a tv to watch in the showroom. Loved that. Food a surprise and appreciated. Better than we’ve eaten in a long time. Looking forward to returning even though we live 77 miles away, this is my third SL but have never had such a pleasant experience getting service. More
Brig Lentz was extremely helpful finding the right car for us. Payment options were difficult at best. We never got to speak to a finance person. We did pay cash but trying to get them to accept it w for us. Payment options were difficult at best. We never got to speak to a finance person. We did pay cash but trying to get them to accept it was not easy. In the frustration, we forgot the option to wire the money. (We bank out-of-state). They originally value our trade-in low and only raised it slightly. We could have bought any price vehicle on this lot and paid cash. We paid $40 for a walk through of the features and never got that. A person called the next day to get us set up on an app and basically said everything was digital and we could find the explanations on the car. Never have had this before. No one spoke to us but Brig. More

Worst experience ever. There technicians are absolutely untrained and only know how to hook the car up to their computer. No problem solving skills which has cost me $5K be There technicians are absolutely untrained and only know how to hook the car up to their computer. No problem solving skills which has cost me $5K because they were unable to troubleshoot a simple wiring issue but kept replacing very expensive modules. Also took 1 year to fix the car due to lack of parts that were actually not required for the repair. More

Car until the end of the day. I was at a point of becoming very sick with my medication. Other customers were offered a vehicle much sooner and there wait time was no where near the time I waited.
