Gliches, Foul-ups And Lack Of Customer Service I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Rusnak Mercedes-Benz in Arcadia, specifically the service advisor David Gomez. I made I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Rusnak Mercedes-Benz in Arcadia, specifically the service advisor David Gomez. I made a 9:00AM appointment online for my wife 1 week in advance for a mandatory airbag recall work and a brake fluid flush, and needed a rental car for the day. A week later, we drop off the car expecting our reservation to be in the system, but there is NO record of the appointment made whatsoever. The service advisor agrees to take in the vehicle anyway, stating there was probably a 'glitch' in the system, but he offers no rental car because we did not make a reservation. Since we were traveling from Los Angeles, and could have visited many MB dealerships closer to our home, we decided to give Rusnak MB Arcadia our business anyway. In order to make a reservation in the first place, Rusnak asks that you create an account and receive a email to confirm this (which we did). We were also promised the car would be ready in a few hours, but didn't get notification until just before the shop closed later that day. I recently has the oil change done, but I forgot to have reset the service reminder done. When picking up the vehicle the next day from Rusnak, my wife kindly asked the service advisor to please reset the onboard service reminder, but was told no because the 'Service A or Service B' was not performed. By comparison, we have a friendly and cooperative relationship with our Service Advisor with our local New Century BMW dealership. The BMW SA from this dealership represents, reflects and projects the attitude of the company he works for very well. This is sadly lacking at Rusnak Arcadia. I'm sorry but in the future, we will not return here for sales or service. In checking YouTube, the service reset can be done in 5 minutes or less by pressing 2 buttons. I don't understand why there wasn't a goodwill gesture in offering such a simple task, even after all the foul-ups, so called glitches and unkept promises. Next time our vehicle needs service, you can bet I'll find another dealership that deserves our business instead. Rusnak MB? Never again. More
